PREP: Graduated from Saratoga Springs High School in 2025 … played three sports for the Blue Streaks, including field hockey (2019-24), unified bowling (2022-25) and unified basketball (2022-25) … played under the direction of Joanne Hostig (field hockey) … was a three-time scholar athlete (2022-24) … earned Second Team All-Star on two occasions (2023, 2024) … received Honorable Mention honors in 2022 … served as team captain in 2024 … guided the Blue Streaks to the Sectional Finals in 2023 and 2024 at the MAX Field Hockey High School National Invitational. 

PERSONAL: Sarah Ide … daughter of Cindi and George Ide … born on December 5, 2006 … has two siblings, Maddie and Aubrey … part of High Honor Roll at Saratoga Springs High School all four years … involved in Best Buddies and Women’s Empowerment Club … took part in unified bowling, unified gym and unified basketball … member of National Honor Society and International Club … competed on the Club Field Hockey level for the ADK Club (2019-25) where she served as captain for the National Tournament champions.
