High Point University Club Sports

Leslie Williams serves as the head coach of the High Point Club Swimming team, a position she’s held since 2016. Williams manages the day-to-day operations of the team, including practices, organizing events and overseeing the team’s financials and resources.

Williams earned a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in logistics and supply chain management from the University of Tennessee before graduating with an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. As a competitive athlete through college, Williams fell in love with all water sports (D1 Rower, Club Water Polo President, Swim Coach/Instructor, etc.). After college, her desire to teach and coach inspired her to share her passion with others. 

Along with coaching for HPU and a summer swim team, Williams works full-time as a Clinical Trials Project Manager for Thermo Fisher Scientific.
