Aaron Schwartz, who serves as head coach of the HPU Ultimate Frisbee team, started his ultimate career at Hanover College where he was a player and captain of their D-III team. After graduating, he played at the club level for over a decade on teams including Cincinnati Steamboat, Indianapolis Interrobang, Chicago Tequila Mockingbird, and Piedmont United NC (player and captain).

Schwartz had one appearance at the USA Ultimate Club National Championship in 2014. He played for the Indianapolis Alleycats in the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA) professional league from 2015-2018. His career stats include 55 games played, 79 goals, 38 assists, 28 blocks, and a plus/minus of 83 (https://watchufa.com/league/players/aschwartz1).
