Laura Stainback is a highly accomplished ballroom and Latin dance instructor with over 25 years of teaching and professional competition experience. Known for her dedication, artistry, and ability to inspire, Laura has trained and mentored many top competitive students, guiding them to success at both local and national levels.  She also teaches social dancers the joy that ballroom can add to life.   

In addition to her work as a professional competitor and studio owner, Laura has served as the Head Coach of the Ballroom and Latin Club at High Point University for the past 8 years, fostering a passion for dance in the next generation of performers. Her approach blends technical precision with an encouraging, personalized teaching style.
