HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports men's hockey team earned the ninth in the AAU College Hockey National Tournament in a release from the league on Monday evening. 

The AAU College Hockey National Tournament will span from March 11-15 and will take place at the Community First Igloo in Jacksonville, Fla. 

The Panthers closed out the season with an 8-12 mark and most recently took on West Chester (Pa.) in the opening round of the ACCHL Tournament. High Point was 5-4-0 on home ice, including wins over Georgia Southern (two), Loyola (Md.) (two) and Virginia Tech.
