HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports program kicks off April action with 10 events over a four-day stretch from April 1-4.
The following is a breakdown of each team's events during that span:
BASEBALL
April 1 | vs. N.C. State | High Point, N.C. / Williard Stadium | 7:30 p.m.
After having the first game of a doubleheader with N.C. State on March 28th postponed due to rain, the High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports baseball team will host the Wolfpack at Williard Stadium on Wednesday evening.
The Panthers are looking to break into the win column after losing nine straight games. The streak of misfortune began with a 6-3 setback to Tennessee and included setbacks to Charlotte, New River Community College and most recently N.C. State over the weekend. High Point is 14-14 overall and 13-7 at home this season.
The last win for the Panthers came by a 7-6 margin over Elon on March 8th. High Point won three straight in the series with the Phoenix, including triumphs by 8-4 and 10-3 on March 7th.
EQUESTRIAN
April 3-4 | Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (Zone Finals) | Baltimore, Md. / Goucher College | All Day
High Point's Intercollegiate Club Sports equestrian program is sending five competitors to the Zone Finals of the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (IHSA). The event is being held on April 3-4 at Goucher College in Baltimore, Md.

The Panthers finished one point out of second in the regular season, which concluded on March 23rd at Emory & Henry. The event combined points accumulated from a meeting at UNC Greensboro, which took place on February 22nd.
GRAPPLING
April 4 | North American Grappling Association Meet / Hickory, N.C. | All Day
The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports grappling team makes the trek to Hickory, N.C., to take part in the North American Grappling Association meet on Saturday afternoon.
The Panthers'
Danica Zenhye recently gained recognition for the program after earning All-American honors with a sixth-place finish at the NCWA Nationals last weekend. Zenhye wrestled in four events en route to the sixth-place finish.
RUNNING
April 2-3 | VertKlasse Meet |High Point, N.C. / Vert Stadium | All Day
The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports running team will take part in its sixth meet of the spring slate this weekend. The Panthers will take part in the High Point University NCAA Division I program's VertKlasse Meet.
The 2026 VertKlasse is the second home meet of the season for High Point's NCAA Division I track and field team and will have nearly 50 schools competing on April 2-3. It is the first event for the Intercollegiate Club Sports program since March 7th, when the Panthers took part in the Chen Invitational hosted by North Carolina. In that meet, the men's program finished 5th of 11 teams and the women's team was 6th of 8 teams.

ROWING
April 4 | Clemson Sprints / Clemson, S.C. | All Day
Two weeks after competing in the John Ferriss Lanier Shamrock Sprints in Gainesville, Ga., the High Point's Intercollegiate Club Sports rowing team takes to the road again. This weekend the Panthers will trek to Clemson, S.C., where they will compete in the Clemson Sprints. The event will be held at Lake Hartwell in Seneca, S.C.
High Point has taken part in two events this spring with the SIRA Championship Regatta in Oak Ridge, Tenn., on the horizon in mid-April. The Panther women were fourth in the collegiate 4+ and fifth in 8+ at the John Ferriss Lanier Shamrock Sprints. Meanwhile, the men were fourth in both the 4+ and 8+ events.
MEN'S LACROSSE

The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports men's lacrosse team begins a three-game road stretch when it heads to William & Mary on Wednesday for an 8 p.m. clash with The Tribe.
High Point, which is 5-6 on the season and 3-4 on the road, split its last four road games. The two wins came at Central Michigan (11-7) and Davidson (12-11), while the two losses came at the hands of Grand Valley State (19-6) and Charlotte (10-8), both of which came less than 24 hours after clashes with Central Michigan and Davidson.
The Panthers three-game road stretch continues with meetings against Appalachian State (April 8) and East Carolina (April 11).
MEN'S SOCCER PURPLE

The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports men's soccer purple squad is looking to return to the win column in the spring after a recent 4-0 setback to Wake Forest on March 27th. That loss was the sixth straight for the Panthers, who are 4-6-2 on the slate.
Since claiming a 1-0 win over UNC Greensboro on October 19th, High Point has dropped consecutive clashes with Davidson, North Carolina, UCF, UNC Pembroke, N.C. State, Appalachian State and the Demon Deacons. The Panthers take to the road for the fifth time this season when they head to Chapel Hill to battle North Carolina at 7:30 p.m., on Wednesday evening.

The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports men's volleyball team concludes the 2025-26 campaign in Kansas City, Mo., this weekend when it competes in the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation Championships.
The Panthers, who were placed in Pool K, open play on Thursday by squaring off against Vanderbilt at 3:00 p.m. High Point will follow that by taking on Colorado State (5:00 p.m.) and Gustavus Adolphus (7:00 p.m.), also on Thursday afternoon.
High Point ended the regular season with a 16-27-7 mark, finishing off the regular season with a recent tournament in Wilmington, N.C. The Panthers competed in four matches during the course of the day at UNC Wilmington, picking up a 2-0 win over UNC Greensboro in the process.
