HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports program heads into the second full week of March with five sports competing between Wednesday and Saturday.
The Panthers' Intercollegiate Club Sports program will be represented by the men's hockey D3 team, women's basketball, wrestling, softball and baseball teams in action this weekend.
The following is a breakdown of each team's events during the week:
BASEBALL
March 13 | vs. Tennessee | Williard Stadium | High Point, N.C. | 7 p.m.

After conducting a three-game sweep of Elon, which included a four-run ninth inning in a come-from-behind victory on Sunday, the High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports baseball team will host Tennessee for a three-game series at Williard Stadium beginning on Friday, March 13th at 7 p.m.
The Panthers, who are 14-5 overall and 13-3 at home in 2025-26, have won five of seven games since the start of the spring. High Point has outscored its opponents 78-26, including a 51-run performance in a victory over N.C. Central on February 18th.
MEN'S ICE HOCKEY (D3)

The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports men's D3 hockey team earned the ninth in the AAU College Hockey National Tournament in a release from the league on Monday evening.
The AAU College Hockey National Tournament will span from March 11-15 and will take place at the Community First Igloo in Jacksonville, Fla.
The Panthers closed out the season with an 8-12 mark and most recently took on West Chester (Pa.) in the opening round of the ACCHL Tournament. High Point was 5-4-0 on home ice, including wins over Georgia Southern (two), Loyola (Md.) (two) and Virginia Tech.
WRESTLING
March 14 | Regional Wrestling Tournament | Lynchburg, Va. | All Day
The High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports wrestling team heads back to the Commonwealth of Virginia for the second time in the last two weeks to compete in the Regional Wrestling Tournament hosted by Liberty University on Saturday, March 14th.
High Point has also competed in five meets since the beginning of the 2026 calendar year, including the Allen Tri Duel, Newport News Apprentice Tournament, East Carolina Tournament and the Builder Invitational.
SOFTBALL
March 14 | vs. Elon | Armstrong Park | High Point, N.C. | 10 a.m. / 12 p.m.
For the second time in a six-day span the High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports softball team will take the field. The Panthers, who saw a six-game winning streak come to an end with a series of setbacks to Guilford on March 8th, look to return to their winning form from the fall against Elon on Saturday, March 14th.
High Point is 11-4-1 on the slate and is 8-0 at home in 2025-26. The Panthers last played at Armstrong Park, the site of Saturday's game, on November 8th against Campbell. High Point won both games against the Fighting Camels by scores of 10-0 and 13-7.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

Returning to the court for the first time since a clash with N.C. A&T, the High Point University Intercollegiate Club Sports women's basketball team hosts Elon on Thursday, March 12th at the Millis Center at 6 p.m. The Panthers are 1-1 under the direction of new interim head coach
Matt McCarthy.
McCarthy made an immediate impact on the Panthers' women's club basketball program as High Point claimed a 53-47 win on February 17th, his first game at the helm.
